A new scent was cast across the rocky terrain. A figure paced through the shadows bounding from the unforgiving rocks that lie beneath her. Her orbs glanced around, but only two scents figured their way through a small rounded nose a gleaming black pelt laid over the wolves skin at a glance any wolf could tell she was not from these parts: A long slim body built for speed wide set paws for swimming oddly tall for a wolf of these parts. At a glance she looked deadly and maybe because she was but she could never except the fact that she was, But if you do catch a glimpse of her you cant forget due to the scar she carry's along her right leg, a symbol of her past life. A symbol of her last fight. she moved swiftly over the terrain her long legs trailing behind her. No one in these parts knew of her name well not yet.
Jade stalked through the territory her large tail dragging along behind her. Something caught her yellow/green orbs another figure but of prey. A sly smile grew across her lips she knew the figure it was none the less of a rabbit, however making a kill on someones land would give away her position, on the other hands its been 1/2 days since she has eaten. A low growl escaped her breath as she thought deeply of the dialemer Jades white tipped ears flicked back Jade stalked forward watching the light brown rabbit raise onto its back legs its soft brown eyes going still. She pounced. Jade felt her jaws clamp onto her target she scent of blood and fresh meat filled her nose as the rabbit dropped limp in her jaws Jade ripped some meat from the rabbit leaving blood covered bones on the ground. Licking her lips she shook out her thin pelt scanning around the pine trees she moved north spotting to identical pine trees and boulders. Jade tilted her head slight presuming it was the entrance to the dens she turned her head glancing around. Jade was very intelligent which was linked to her extream fighting skills in her last pack she was Delta female and always tried to reach higher goals. But she was stubborn and to loyal and didn't trust easy making it hard for her to trust her pack members. Maybe she could change if she found a pack like her she could find a place.

maybe i'm a dreamer; maybe you're the stuff of my dreams. The songs of the Chickadees sounded of boos in his ears, the pounding of his own heart-beat the clapping of an audience, and his thoughts the clamoring of the other actors and actresses upon the stage who stumbled back and marveled at his skills. He could only nod his head and mutter some tangled thank-yous to his audience, his eyes lingering at a lazy part-way.
He couldn't have looked more insane-- His mouth was partway open, his eyes only open a drowsy half-way, and his head was hung low. He could have looked as if he had just escaped his death, to some. However, Rassassin was only reminiscing on his good-times with the people who he knew loved him the most. He was in a very relaxed state, his tail hung at a comfortable spot, his ears lazily drifted forward upon his cranium, his thick coat laid easily against his skin-- What more could explain the dastardly man's relaxation?
The only thought on his mind was himself and his own greatness-- How others were clearly astonished of him. They were jealous, yes. That's what everyone else is. Jealous.
Rassassin lifted his head, shaking the thoughts from it with a chuckle before he inhaled heavily. The scent of blood drifted toward his nose with the wind, making him aware of the death of an animal near-by. It was clear that someone other than him was treading within his territory. And Rassassin wanted to know just who that was.
His tail had suddenly rose, his lips contorting into a sinister frown, and his legs began to carry a faster pace. He came to a steady lope, his eyes now fully opened and aware of what surrounded him. His head swept across the land, his eyes capturing everything around him in only the fraction of a second that they were laid upon the area.
Out of the corner of his eye, he caught the figure of (presumably) a female wolf. He didn't care much for her appearance; slender as can be.
"She walks like a self-imposed princess," Rassassin began, cocking his head slightly. "Not my type."
He had finished with a chuckle, his ears flattening back slightly as he approached her in a rather rude manner, clearly exposing himself to her.
"Dear," he called to her, his voice seeming to hint of disgust. "You look like a lady, talk like a lady too?"

A light sigh exhaled from her lungs. The potent scent of the dead encasing her nostrils Jade lifted her paw with a quick and sharp movement turning the carcass over quite harshly (considering it was already dead) Jade frowned lightly her plan should work someone should come. Jade walked away from the rabbit her senses coming back to her. A chilly breeze blew wind ruffled Jade raven black hide. She glanced around her yellow/green orbs catching site of any movement, relaxing while calmly watching over the rocky lands. Jade did not know how many member of the pack there are; if there was a pack. Jade sighed in the silence; flickering back her ears, and listening to the sound of birds chirping away. something caught her eye a figure Jade shifted rather sharply sitting on her haunches she glared over to the figure watching every movement.
The figure rather oddly made it self known, great the plan worked. Jade lightly smiled to herself knowing the wolf would miss judge Jade for her figure height or weight. But the wolf suddenly picked up the pace causing Jade to frown. Her reflexes caused a aggressive stance, her head hung low teeth flaring slightly. However the wolf seamed to come at her still. Her muscles flicked lightly under her thin black hide. She saw as she wolf now a few meters away was a male and most likely the owner of the lands. She heard him speak to her with a hint of disgust.
"One would suppose"
Her voice showed control and a light hint of respect with an odd glint in her eyes. She lightly cocked her head to the right: white tipped ears flickering.
"Hmm"
She began her eyes stern at the comment she presumed he took her as a self crowned perfect know it all.
"Hmm well I suppose that differs. From war, fights..."
She paused thinking not to make herself look to much of a harsh killer with a graceful caring side.
"And peace I suppose"
Jades voice was stern she frowned lightly at the way the Male glanced over her.
"If I may be so bold, can you not stare at me as if I'm a lost princess?"
Her tail flickered. For an Alpha the male seemed to have little manner however I suppose they both had that in common. The breeze ruffled her pelt lightly exposing a white under layer. Her claws tapped lightly on the unforgiving rocks. She inspected the male a thought coming to her head "He would never walk out exposing himself like that if he thought he was the best and others were jealous" They might be but Jade however was not. She didn't care for what wolves looked like after all its their personality that could save break or love you. Jade lifted her head from her aggressive stance flicking her tail down and stood slightly taller than most alas.
"What Is it like to enjoy your own presence?"
Jade said it in a mocking tone. It was not intended to be a harsh or critical comment after all if you know your the best then you have nothing to worry about I suppose. Jade glanced around thinking of what to say she needed to join a pack and work her way up through the ranks. After all that's all wolves lived for.
"Beg your pardon were are my manners, I'm Jade. Jade fawn from the southern isle I left my home. Dark forest pack to start a new life and join a pack where I could fit in. And hopefully make my way through the ranks."
Her voice was softer now but still on guard. Her eyes met the Males after the way she spoke he knew his impression of her would change. Her thin legs showed a long scare over her right another short one across the left flank. Jade waited a reply. Yes she would kill. Yes she could fight. And yes, she would find a place to call home.

the real world. So she's big on talking, Rassassin's thoughts echoed within his head. He listened to her works, her mock expressions, her small, behavioral changes that were in some way significant to him. When she spoke "If I may be so bold, can you not stare at me as if I am a lost princess?" a blunt laugh erupted from Rassassin, his head beginning to shake back and forth.
He scoffed and said, "Tsk, tsk, tsk. What's a lady got if nodda beautiful boy like me starin' at 'er? Eh, eh?" He again laughed. However, this time it came out as more of a soft, mocking chuckle. "And peace?" he exclaimed, pausing to let a smirk form upon his muzzle. "Talk like a lady, walk like a lady, eat like a lady, and be a lady. Don't be that ugly duckling that turns into an even uglier swan!"
At the time, Rassassin wasn't sure of what he was saying, exactly; all he knew was that was was saying it and that he was amused. He inhaled once more, the smell of the carcass further seeping within his scent receptors. His ears flicked around toward other sounds than just the woman who stood in front of him; the princess who walked the earth with a waltz to her step and a little bit of risk to her words. He didn't like women who played themselves to be something other than precious-little puppies with their wide-eyes and yearn for adventure.
Now that was his kind of lady; someone he could actually care for... Some he could sweep off her feet and admire his greatness to its full potential. This lady, however, looked like she could handle herself. Her body was made up of elegant bone-structure but her personality was made up of quick-witted come-backs that weren't ever required with Rassassin -- He'd always win, one way or another. He wasn't even trying to win a debate against her yet. He hadn't even shown her his manly stance. His dominant stance. He would win and he knew that for a fact.
Whether it was that last statement about "what is it like to enjoy your own presence" or what came after, a low growl rumbled within Rassassin, his ears flicked back and all his amusement began to diminish. He playfulness was gone, his ability to joke with her was gone; the good-guy was gone. Now he knew he'd get the last laugh.
"Oh, my poor dear! You must be insane!" he exclaimed, his bad sense of humor showing itself one last time. "Now, now, let's not get ahead of ourselves. A good man can always care for the poor, bitter old lady. I'll get you wet towel, something to put over your head to cure that head-ache of yours. How about something to eat? Would you like that? Oh, you look like you're going to faint! Have you seen a ghost?"
After he finished, a frown grew upon his maw, his ears back against his skull and his tail lifted dominantly high. "Enough of that. Idiocy isn't something I, as a Chief, appreciate in my land. Cruelty to the Chief and himself is not tolerated here. I have the sole right to take away your ability to move, m'dear. I suggest you back away from my lands or you not commit a crime against the Chief. If you so desire to continue in such a manner, nothing will bring you back from the seven stages of death you'll experience. But, wait, look at those scars of yours-- A warrior-girl, I see? Well, the assassin can do just a tinge better."

"Fear doesn't shut you down it wakes you up"
Jade frowned the chief had a sense of humour which surprised her slightly In her old pack it was all seriousness. Although she had no idea what he was on about, A swan? "Oh my she though in the back of her head" Jade frowned lightly her claws slipping away. A light smile came to her face as she tilted her head slightly. But oddly it felt like forever (when she was a pup) She grinned showing her canines which were a shiny white and laughed lightly shaking off her pelt she looked straight to the ground she felt an odd feeling happiness. Something she was told that she could never have she waited for the male to scowl at her problem thinking she was a freak for thinking that happiness was a sin.
"I see you like to have the last laugh, and you shall. One has not experienced humour or humorous wolves in the past."
Her eyes took a light shine still looking to the ground. Thinking of her words carefully. He was the first wolf she had seen in weeks and the first wolf in her life time that didn't go to hurt her. Jade then stupidly let her guard down she relaxed and shrunk about half an inch lower than the male. Her fluffy tail laid by her side as she sat carefully on the rocky land. She seemed different some how. Vulnerable and easy target but she felt relaxed around the wolf who made her smile lightly. But an odd reason she felt a hint of jealously that she did not posses the ability to make other smile. Her muscles twitched slightly. Jade was weak and she let her guard down. Eating nothing but rabbits for weeks and constantly traveling. Jade grinned lightly as the male spoke again
"Oh, my poor dear! You must be insane!"
Jade voice was light and calm she spoke not as a witty come back but as a simple fact.
"Everyone is a little mad."
Jade tilted her head again a smile now wide took over but a frown came over the males face. Jade listened to the males response to what she said and the humorous kind wolf vanished. Jades muscles had a poor response time: being weak. She rose from the ground even though she was weak alone and confused she would never back down that's the only good thing she took away with her from dark forest pack. But the way he talked and the stance he stood in almost brought back the smile to her face.
"One knows the laws oh all to well chief."
It took her a moment to reply she was trying to stay awake at the moment trying not to use to much energy. Her voice stayed calm however she couldn't even face a male alone that was were she would get hurt she was venerable at this she was weak in her pack before there was only two males her father the beta and the Alpha.
"A student can become the master, however I apologise I was always taught to stay hostile until they hurt you or you hurt them."
She in one sentence revealed to much. She showed she had a hard out shell but once through the wall she was just as weak. Her eyes stayed focus a flicker of fear in them but also admire for the wolf. She had no idea why but he seemed the same as her but with a soft outer shell and a hard core. Jade liked Wolves who were witty, protective and overall could make her have something to live for. She still had no idea what the males name was and it bothered her she smiled gently and asked in a soft voice even though it was only soft as she was weak.
"You still have not told me your name, chief."
Jade sat again pulling her tail around her and looked to the ground and stood in a respective stance it took her a moment to move but she lowered her head to the ground looking at the floor in a bow of respect and forgiveness. Jade lifted her head and waited for the male to say another thing that would make her smile again. But most of all she wished the male would let her stay after all no one could run forever.

maybe i'm a dreamer; maybe you're the stuff of my dreams. "You've missed out on life, my love," he spoke to her in a slow voice. As he spoke, his voice gradually lowered until it faded out completely.
It could have seemed like something dramatic, trailed off by thoughts that flowed into his mind, shading over his speech. However, it was nothing of that; he was simply playing her, making her think that something had rose deeply from the bottom of his mind. He wanted to make it sound dramatic, make it sounds as if it was of deep importance when it wasn't. He wanted to make a moment that this female could remember -- He wanted to make this female feel as if she had something special, with Rassassin... Something deeper than a simple, by-chance conversation.
Her quick witted-ness seemed, to Rassassin, that it would come in use to him some day. Not technical use, really; rather, use for his own amusement. She seemed intelligent enough to understand what lie on the surface but possibly not so much that she could avoid playing into his little masquerade. Most never could, with Rassassin being one of the best liars out there. He could easily lie his way into his her heart -- Anyone's heart, at that. So long as he played it right, the mass-majority of his players would fall into his Casanova grip. Some, naive souls, however, were much too innocent to fall for Rassassin. The young women, the ones who had made yet to make a name for themselves. Those naive souls.
He let out a small chuckle to her next statement. "We all are a little mad, hmm? Well, if mad is of hats and of tea, allow me."
His voice was strung in such a way to make it sound as if he was actually enjoying their little encounter-- That's what he wanted her to understand of him, anyway. But nothing was to say she wouldn't see through his security. She seemed as if she had come from a bad past, hard-worked, possibly broken down to a point of no-return. She seemed like all she wanted was to have a place within something, to be wanted. Rassassin was playing himself right into that-- Right into her insecurities.
"Hostility is a funny thing, don't you think? They act up, they act as if they are so great and then they... Fall to the opposing forces. Their moat fails to the boats and the canons. No one can run from their problems forever, my love."
His eyes fell to the ground, his head cocked in such a way that would seem to reveal a sense of sadness, as he spoke those words. Something seemed to rumble inside of him that would reveal itself with the lightest touch of the subject. However, there was only lies that were inside of him-- Lies to himself and lies to others that were piled up and up upon each other with the saddest of tales. There wasn't anything Rassassin was about to do to stop himself from lying to this woman-- He wanted her to reveal her entire self to him, just so he could get himself into her head and break it down from the inside-out.
"We all wear masks, and the time comes when we cannot remove them without removing some of our own skin," Rassassin muttered, his eyes still focused to the ground. "What's your mask, my dear Jade? My dear, beautiful woman."
The seldom appearance he held seemed to dimnish only slightly once he heard her last question, the question of his name. "Rassassin."

~Tell a lie once, and all your truths become questionable~
Jade cocked her head Rassassin seemed to be playing with her. And Jade was one for games. She listened intently to his words "You've missed out on life, my love," The way he spoke made Jade shudder a moment ago he threatened to kill her now was playing with her. And Jade would not stand to be the mouse in the cat and mouse game. Jade grinned making it seem as she was still under his spell. A thought lingered in her mind, if he finds out he will most likely kill me. Jade smiled becoming a first class actress. But then she had another thought if i suck up to him and he knows i can see through his lies he will just press me with more lies and that wont end in my death. Her orbs flickered watching his movements her voice was a whisper.
"I love listening to lies when i know the truth, darling"
She smiled lightly waiting to figure out what he done next. Her muscles twitched as the rose from the ground her paws aching from sitting for an age. She watched him chuckle at her reply of "Everyone is a little mad". Unlike most wolves who would back away from the male as soon as they realized he was a lair. But something told her she was the first wolf to do this Jade walked around the male in a circle for a moment, her slender long legs taking each step with a graceful movement. Flicking her tail as she reached her original spot again. She grinned the smile looking perfect on her high cheek boned face.
"Your correct no one can run forever, but they can turn and fight. But peace is just another lie that we both seem to do fluently"
Her words were icy, implying she now knew defiantly he was playing with her. And thoughts rushed through her brain she turned her nape to the trees. Birds chatting away her guard went back up and it showed. She would use this, the way she knew he lied against him to break him to find out who he was. Jade smiled her orbs looking to the ground while doing so.
"My mask?" She chuckled lightly. "I don't wear one and neither do you, but i suppose i removed mine the day i left my pack the icy structure they made me into. Now One is just Me i suppose. Unlike you chief my lies are real"
She now didn't believe a word the chief said. She analysed his body language when he lied and it was locked in her brain so now she instantly knew if he was for the truth or the lies. He was playing with a bomb and that bomb was Jade. And one wrong move would set her off. Once he spoke again of his name she watched his body move for now she knew when he was telling the truth. A light sigh rolled off his breath. Hoping he would pick up the pace.
"Sorry to be forward, but are you going to let me go or kill me or keep me."
Her head tilted again her white tipped ears forward once again. lies lies terrible lies always seem to work and can be bent backwards to face the opponent.
